Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet Hotel guests, answer the questions or concerns
- Provide an outstanding guest experience
- maintain an orderly front desk
- Operate computer programs and multi-line phone systems
- Maintain guest records and book reservations
- Compete basic cashiers and book keeping responsibilities
- contact necessary staff to solve problems when challenge arise, ensuring guest comfort.

Requirement and Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Significant work experience to handling guests service responsibilities, preferably in a hotel/ reception setting 
3. Strong working knowldege of the microsoft Office suite and all other relevant computer programs
4. Excellent written and verbal communications skill
4. Fluent in English
5. Proactive Approach to dealing with issues that may arise
6. Highly organized, able to multitask and priotize and work under pressure 
7. Work Based in Tanjung Lesung
8. Able to work as soon as possible
